Abstract Group have signed up the first major letting in the new Renaissance building. The Pension Protection Fund have taken the first and second floors totalling 39,396 sq ft. The developers will now dovetail their fit out and they are due to take occupation towards the end of October 2013. There is now just 59,687 sq ft remaining on the ground, third and fourth floors.
