Following a spate of lettings in the George Street building to: Lifeways, Kuju and Whitelabel Suffolk House has only 4,000 sq ft available. Sinclair Clark advised the landlords together with joint agents.

Carolyn House has now been emptied of all its tenants by owners LaSalle Investment Management and in tandem with Arcus a planning application is progressing for an overhaul of the building including new cladding and additional floors for a new residential scheme. Sinclair Clark advised on the provision of vacant possession alongside the joint agents.

MandG who own Renaissance on Dingwall Road have expanded their activities in Croydon to refurbish the former HQ of Parabis Law who moved into Renaissance a little over a year ago. The refurbishment includes the re location of the current entrance from Bedford Park to Sydenham Road. The planned works are due to complete in Q3 2016. Sinclair Clark are retained as letting agents for the new scheme.

Sunley House on Bedford Park was purchased just over a year ago by LaSalle investment Management from Wainbridge and a recent launch to London and local agents show cased the completed refurbishment of the reception, common parts and vacant space. The forthcoming annual Croydon conference on 18th November will include a session chaired by Vanessa Clark entitled: CITY SOUTH OR SUBURBAN BACK OFFICE? The debate will consider current and future supply against demand and whether Croydon needs to re position itself. The debate will focus equally on the big game changers.

A combination of new lease acquisitions, reversionary leases and lease renewals have secured a 10 year future for Win Technologies, a proud part of the Betway Group. The series of transactions successfully achieved with landlords Threadneedle followed a market search for alternative premises in the area. The offices which now total 40,000 sq ft are located within the Centro complex on Mandela Street Camden. Sinclair Clark advised Win Technologies on all aspects.
