Acting on behalf of Urban and Civic, Sinclair Clark acting jointly with Core commercial have let units 6,7 and 8 comprising a total of 9,042 sq ft to Howdens and advised on the sale of the completed investment to local investor Chart Stables.
Units 1, 2 and 5 are currently under offer.
