M&G lets all vacant space in Renaissance Croydon

Following the letting of ground floor north to Solium, M&G have continued their success attracting Green Network from central London to take ground floor south and the 3rd floor in all 28,842 sq.ft. During the process Sinclair Clark negotiated a change of use of the former café space on the ground floor to B1 office space. Green Network were introduced to the inward investment team of Croydon Council and have been awarded a rates saving because of their creation of at least 150 new jobs to the town.
