Acting for Win Technologies a proud member of the Betway Group, Sinclair Clark have acquired a number of office suites from new landlord Workspace in all totalling an additonal 10,815 sq ft. The new office suites are within The Forum and Centro 4.

Acting on behalf of Urban and Civic, Sinclair Clark are offering the investment of two small industrial buildings, units 1 and 2 Altira Park with the benefit of a new 10 year lease. The units are adjacent to the new Sainsbury’s Food store which has a planned opening in December 2018.

The top three floors 17/18 and 19 have just been signed to Crown Agents Bank. The three floors total 18,110 sq ft and represent the largest office deal in the Sutton market this year. Sinclair Clark acted jointly with Vail Williams to advise Rbi.

Acting on behalf of Freshwater Sinclair Clark have secured Aston Scott who took 4,795 sq. ft. on the 3rd floor having recently merged with Lark Insurance, an existing tenant in the building. Lark Insurance swapped their first floor offices with an existing tenant on the 3rd floor giving the combined firm the entire floor. Simpson House is now fully let.

Sinclair Clark is actively seeking between 5,000 and 8,000 sq ft of D1 space centered on Uxbridge following the successful acquisition of a floor in Wyvern House, Uxbridge. The search can stretch to the borders of Slough and Heathrow it needs to be D1 use and DDA compliant.

Following the letting of ground floor north to Solium, M&G have continued their success attracting Green Network from central London to take ground floor south and the 3rd floor in all 28,842 sq.ft. During the process Sinclair Clark negotiated a change of use of the former café space on the ground floor to B1 office space. Green Network were introduced to the inward investment team of Croydon Council and have been awarded a rates saving because of their creation of at least 150 new jobs to the town. Tide construction the contractor delivering the nearby, modular construction at 101 George Street have taken a 3rd floor suite of 2,544 sq. ft. Strive Training; existing tenants in the building have expanded into a 3rd suite taking 1,303 sq. ft. on the 2nd floor. This means the buildings is fully let for the time being although new space will be released from churn in the building.
