Planning consent is being sought for a 100,000 sq ft food store and PFS at Altira Park which is pre let to Sainsbury.In addition 33,000 sq ft of speculative industrial / warehouse units form part of the application. Sinclair Clark are advising on the land sale and industrial units.

The attached photo shows the current stage of construction of the Abstract development on Dingwall Road Croydon. Completion is on target for 13th August 2013.
